Yes. Every phone charm, bracelet, and accessory is hand-strung and knotted by hand, not machine-assembled. Because of this, slight variations in bead size, color, and pattern between pieces are normal and expected — not a flaw.

Our phone charms are made using a mix of beautiful pearls, natural stone like chips, and glass or acrylic beads, depending on the design. Each product page lists the exact materials used for that piece.

Yes. Our phone charm straps are designed to attach universally — they work with most phone cases that have a charm hole or lanyard attachment point, and can also be looped onto bags, cameras, or worn as a wrist strap.

Our charms are made to be worn and enjoyed daily, but they are decorative accessories, not indestructible hardware. We recommend treating them the way you would any delicate handmade jewellery — avoid excessive pulling, water exposure, or rough impact, and they'll hold up well.

Absolutely. Most of our phone charm straps are versatile enough to double as bag charms, camera straps, or wrist accessories — it comes down to how you want to style it.

Because each piece is handmade, slight differences in bead shade, pattern, or placement compared to the listing photo are normal. The overall design and materials will always match what's described.

Yes — bracelets and other handmade accessories are part of our growing collection, made using the same materials and hand-strung process as our phone charms. New pieces are added as the shop expands.

We accept credit/debit card, bank transfer, and COD. All available options will be shown at checkout.

Since many of our pieces are handmade to order, please contact us as soon as possible, if you need to change or cancel an order. We'll do our best to accommodate requests made before processing begins.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be handmade and prepared before it ships. Custom pieces may take slightly longer.

Delivery within Pakistan typically takes 3-5 business days after your order ships. International delivery times vary by location — see our full Shipping & Returns page for details.

Yes — orders over Rs. 2500 ship free within Pakistan. Orders under that amount are charged a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. You can also find full tracking details on our Shipping & Returns page.

We accept returns and exchanges within 2 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. Custom or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless damaged or defective. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Once a return is received and approved, please allow 3 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Keep beaded pieces away from prolonged water exposure, perfume, and excessive pulling or friction, and store them flat or gently coiled when not in use. This helps preserve the beads, knots, and finish over time.

We don't recommend it. Prolonged water exposure can weaken the stringing material and affect pearl beads over time.
